Our institute greets the autumn with two exciting events taking place on the same day of October 29th, 2025. Campus Kleve invites students, staffs, and guests to celebrate sustainability, creativity, and community entertainment.
From 1 PM to 5 PM, join the Greening the Campus event behind the Faculty of Life Sciences buildings and discover the Educational Fruit Tree Path — a new green corridor connecting biodiversity, climate resilience, and interactive learning.
Stroll through fruit trees paired with companion plants, explore informative QR codes, and enjoy a living outdoor classroom filled with colour, scent, and life. Designed by students Alina Maksimova, Nicole Stürmlinger, and Delfina Andrada, the project demonstrates how innovation and nature can flourish side by side.
At 6 PM, the harmony continues in the Audimax (Ground Floor) with a concert by the Professors’ Band of the Faculties of Life Sciences and Technology and Bionics — Orange Green. Playing folk with a twist, the band features Prof. Dr. Dirk Bockmühl, Prof. Dr. Matthias Krauledat, Prof. Dr. Niels Ostergaard, and Prof. Dr. Florian Wichern.
A day to go green and immerse yourself in the rhythm of life — where study, nature and music blend together to bring a little warmth to the chilly autumn in the campus.
